Together with medical design agency ide Group, Minke turned the latest findings of the research centre into a methodology that aims to support the development of healthcare innovations. After her graduation, she worked for another year at the medical design agency in Sydney to further develop the methodology.

After two years, Minke decided to leave the Southern Hemisphere to go travelling and to do some freelance design work. During this time she worked amongst others as a sailing instructor in Italy.
